Jinlong Polyether TPU Fabric is specifically engineered for portable hydration bladders, vehicle-mounted foldable water storage bags, and emergency soft water tanks, delivering both food-contact safety and exceptional durability.

The material is formulated with food-grade polyether compounds, free from BPA and phthalates, and complies with food contact material safety standards, ensuring pure, odor-free water quality. The polyether structure provides outstanding hydrolysis resistance, resists degradation over time and prevents microbial adhesion, keeping stored water fresh and clean even after prolonged use.

In demanding outdoor environments, the fabric excels with high puncture resistance and superior abrasion resistance (excellent performance in Taber abrasion tests), effectively withstanding backpack friction, ground dragging, and scraping against sharp rocks-significantly reducing the risk of leaks and damage in the field. Meanwhile, the material remains soft and foldable even at -60°C, making it convenient for storage and transport.

In terms of processing, the fabric supports high-frequency welding and laser sealing, producing strong, water-pressure-resistant seams that withstand repeated folding without cracking when properly fabricated. Jinlong offers thickness options ranging from 0.3mm to 2mm, with1000D and 1300D base fabric readily available.
