Jinlong have complete production lines from weaving, calendering, coating, laminating to surface finishing. Our tarpaulin width reaches 5.5m without welding, with deep processing machines to support OEM & ODM orders.




PRODUCTION PROCESS

MATERIAL SUPPLY
We strictly select high-quality PVC resin, polyester yarn and auxiliary materials. All raw materials will be checked before storage to eliminate defective materials from the source.
FABRIC WEAVING
Equipped with over 100 sets of advanced looms, we independently weave uniform base fabrics with stable grammage and tight textile structure for later production and processing.


COATING & LAMINATING
Complete coating and composite production lines realize one-side or double-side PVC coating. We control coating thickness evenly to avoid delamination, wrinkle and uneven surface.
IN-PROCESS CHECK
Workers conduct real-time visual inspection during production. We monitor width, coating uniformity and surface flaws to spot abnormal products in time.


LAB TEST
Our self-owned laboratory carries out full performance tests including tear strength, abrasion, bending resistance, B1 flame retardant and RoHS heavy metal test to meet international standards.
ROLL SLITTING
Qualified fabric rolls are cut into customized widths according to customer requirements, with neat cutting edges and consistent roll tightness.


PACKAGING & LOADING
Each fabric roll is wrapped with waterproof plastic film and kraft paper. We arrange standardized loading to protect goods well during long-distance transportation.
