Our Custom TPU Tarpaulin is a high-end, flexible, eco-friendly protective fabric with full customization support. Made of high-strength polyester base and double-sided TPU coating, it features waterproof & breathable, tear-resistant, wear-resistant, UV-proof and extreme temperature resistant performance. Different from rigid and easy-to-age PVC tarps, our TPU tarpaulin remains flexible at low temperature, no cracking, no odor, recyclable and compliant with international environmental standards.
We support custom thickness, weight, hardness, color, transparency, size, logo printing, fire retardant, anti-UV, food-grade and anti-mildew functions. Deep processing such as heat sealing, eyelet punching, edge reinforcing and special shape cutting are available. Widely used for truck covers, outdoor tents, industrial protection, inflatable products, water storage and construction shielding. Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a professional manufacturer of PVC tarpaulin material for covering, water bag, inflatable bounce, swimming pool and other finished products. Our products have enjoyed great popularity over the word.
Q2: How can you control the quality?
A: We have 1-2 QC in each product line, 3-5 QC manager are checking the whole factory everyday. During the production process, we will focus on test Tensile strength, Tear strength, Adhesion and etc. Once any problem, we will stop and adjust product method. The stable quality will help you to get more market and make the market is stable too.
Q3: When can you deliver?
A: Normally in 30-45 days. If you need faster delivery, we can try to work the rush order.
Q4: Do you provide samples? Any costs?
A: Yes, custom samples will come with a cost, but A4 size or within 1x1 meters sample is free.
Q5: Can your factory print my logo on the goods?
A: Yes, we can print the company logo on the goods and the packing box. We can produce goods based on customer's samples and detail information design.

Q7: What are the regular production lead time and expedited production lead time after placing an order for the products?
A: The regular production lead time for standard products is approximately 30 days; for customized products (such as those with special sizes, logo printing, or flame-retardant modification), it takes 35 days.
Q8: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) you can accept? Will small-batch purchases affect the price and delivery lead time?
A: The MOQ for finished products (such as collapsible water tanks and inflatable air tents) is 1 unit. The price for small-batch purchases will be slightly higher than that for large-batch purchases (specific details are subject to the quotation sheet), but the delivery lead time remains the same as that for large-batch purchases and will not be extended additionally.
Q9: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Accepted payment methods include Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), Visa (credit card), and PayPal (for small-value orders).
Q10: How can I check the production progress of my order and logistics information? Is there a dedicated contact person to follow up on the order?
A: A dedicated salesperson/merchandiser will be assigned after you place the order. You can contact the dedicated person via, email, or phone at any time to check the progress; key production milestones (such as raw material preparation completion, production start, finished product inspection, and shipment) will be proactively updated to you. After the goods are shipped, a logistics tracking number will be provided, and you can check the real-time location through the logistics company's official website or the dedicated contact person.
Q11: During the use of the product, if technical guidance is needed (such as the installation of inflatable air tents or the maintenance of water tanks), can you provide support?
A: Yes. All products are accompanied by a paper-based user manual (including graphic steps), and an electronic version of the operation video can also be provided; if you encounter problems during installation or maintenance, you can call the 24-hour technical support hotline.
