A: Our tarpaulins achieve a hydrostatic head above 10,000 mm water column. Combined with double-sided coating and hot-air seamless welding technology, they withstand long spells of heavy rainfall with excellent overall tightness and minimal risk of water seepage.

A: Adopting knife coating & thermal lamination technology, the PVC coating tightly bonds to the 1000D polyester base fabric thanks to superior coating adhesion. Delamination and blistering can be effectively avoided during long outdoor service.

A: All welded seams undergo sampling peel strength tests with a minimum standard of 40 N/5cm. No cracking or leakage will occur under normal binding tension. Damage caused by sharp cuts or violent tearing is not covered under the product warranty.

A: We use high-temperature hot-air fusion welding instead of traditional stitching to integrate seam materials completely, eliminating pinhole leakage risks. The peel strength of welded seams ranges from 40 to 70 N/5cm, so seams will not debond, delaminate or blister under normal tension conditions.

A: Formulated with UV stabilizers, the tarpaulin works steadily from -30℃ to 70℃. It stays flexible without brittle cracking in cold weather and resists softening & deformation under high heat, as well as pulverization and aging under prolonged sunlight exposure.

A: Our double-sided coated PVC tarpaulins with high-tenacity polyester base outperform standard PE tarps in tear strength, wear resistance and flame retardance. Cheap PE fabrics are merely for short-time temporary shielding, while our industrial PVC tarps last 5–10 years outdoors for harsh environments with lower total cost.
