Jinlong heavy duty PVC tarpaulin adopts densely woven high-tenacity polyester scrim, with mainstream mesh configurations of 840D×840D and 1000D×1000D. The base fabric is firmly compounded with double-sided PVC coating through thermal pressing process, significantly boosting structural toughness and long-term durability for rigorous industrial and harsh outdoor applications. Our product weight spans 500GSM to 2000GSM to fit different load standards. The finished material delivers outstanding tensile and tear strength, effectively resisting volatile harsh weather, persistent heavy loads, sharp friction and coarse mechanical operation during field deployment.
Engineered for full all-weather enclosure protection, heavy-duty PVC tarpaulin achieves complete waterproof performance with a tested hydrostatic head reaching 10,000mm. Anti-UV stabilizers are evenly blended into the coating formula to slow down photoaging and surface cracking under prolonged direct sunlight. Additional functional treatments including mildew inhibition, flame retardancy and low-temperature anti-cracking guarantee steady physical performance within a wide service temperature window from -30°C to +70°C.
The fabric is perfectly compatible with high-frequency heat sealing and hot air welding techniques. Welded joints can preserve over 80% of the original fabric strength to avoid seam splitting and water leakage.
