On May 4, 2026, all young staff of Hubei Jinlong New Materials Co., Ltd. gathered together. Keeping pace with the times and striving for progress, they grandly held the "Dream Building with New Materials, Blazing Youth" May Fourth Youth Day themed speech contest.
Since its launch, the contest has received active responses from all departments and enthusiastic participation of young employees. After departmental preliminary and systematic semi-final selections, ten outstanding young contestants from various business segments stood out and advanced to the final.
At the beginning of the event, Rao Jincai, the company's chairman, delivered a speech. He extended sincere holiday greetings to all young staff and fully recognized their outstanding contributions to the company's development. He encouraged young employees to excel in their posts, polish professional capabilities, integrate personal aspirations into the company's overall development, and strive for excellence in advancing the high-quality growth of the new materials industry.
At the contest, ten contestants took the stage in order. Combining their work experience and growth insights, they delivered wonderful speeches centered on the theme of "Dream Building with New Materials, Blazing Youth".
Focusing on job responsibility and youthful endeavor, their speeches reflected in-depth thinking on daily work and persistent pursuit of career ideals, vividly demonstrating the dedication and enterprising spirit of Jinlong's young employees, and winning rounds of applause from the audience.
A professional jury composed of members from the Party Committee and senior management of the company was invited to evaluate the contestants on-site from multiple dimensions including speech content, language expression and etiquette. On-site scoring was adopted to ensure fairness and impartiality.
After fierce competition, winners of the first, second and third prizes, as well as the Best Demeanor Award and Excellence Award were selected. Attending leaders presented certificates of honor and prizes to the award-winning contestants.
An award ceremony for the "Outstanding Youth of May Fourth" was held concurrently at the event. Zou Hanyong, President of the company, presented awards to outstanding youth representatives from various departments. He called on all employees to take these role models as examples, learn their dedication and innovative spirit, work diligently and forge ahead in their positions, create greater value, and contribute to the high-quality development of the company.
After the award ceremony, all participants stood up and sang Song of Jinlong in unison. Amid the stirring melody, the May Fourth Youth Day themed speech contest came to a successful conclusion.
