Jinlong PVC laminated tarpaulin is manufactured via high-temperature hot-press lamination, with 500D high-tenacity polyester mesh as the base material. Supported by strict quality control from our provincial-level enterprise laboratory, the PVC film is tightly bonded to the polyester substrate, delivering outstanding peel resistance to prevent delamination and surface peeling during long-term service. Available weights range from 280gsm to 600gsm, with two mesh options: 9×9 (soft and easy to sew) and 12×18 (high tensile tear resistance). It suits diverse applications including light packaging, medium-duty logistics and heavy industrial protection. Our rolls come in standard widths of 1m to 3.2m, and custom seamless extra-wide sizes are available upon request.
Formulated with UV stabilizers and anti-mildew agents, the fabric resists fading and pulverization under prolonged outdoor sunlight exposure, making it ideal for marine shipment and warehouse storage in hot and humid Southeast Asia. Our low-temperature resistant variant withstands temperatures as low as -30℃ without hardening or cracking after repeated folding. The material is fully compatible with hot air welding and high-frequency heat sealing, forming solid, watertight seams for mass production of pallet covers, truck tarps, equipment protective covers and other finished products.
