The 190–280gsm grade is designed for short-term promotions and temporary signage, while the 340–440gsm grade supports outdoor display for several months. Customers may select the suitable option based on project duration and budget. Popular fabric denier specs are 200D×300D and 300D×500D. The 190gsm variant mainly adopts 200D×300D base fabric, and 300D×500D is used for medium and higher grammage options.
Made with mature cold lamination technology, it features a smooth, even surface with consistent ink absorption and vivid color rendition. Compatible with eco-solvent, solvent and UV inks. It resists curling and runs smoothly during large-format printing, with matte and glossy finishes available. Interlayer adhesion is critical to outdoor performance of cold-laminated flex. We control the surface tension of PVC film and adhesive coating weight at the raw material stage, and allow sufficient stress relief after lamination to mitigate the risk of interlayer separation under hot and humid conditions.
