Jinlong Printable PVC Backlit Banner is specially developed for LED lightbox graphics. It is a regular illuminated signage substrate widely used by print shops, advertising material wholesalers and signage contractors, with grades available for indoor, semi-outdoor and outdoor lightbox applications.
Optimized surface density and weaving structure deliver even light diffusion. When backlit, it emits soft light and effectively hides the fabric mesh, minimizing LED hotspots and light streaks so an extra diffuser film is unnecessary for most applications. The printed graphics show vivid, saturated colors without haze or dullness and retain clear contrast between black and white. Color shift between lit and unlit conditions is well controlled.It features a smooth surface compatible with eco-solvent, solvent, UV and latex inks. Matte and glossy finishes are optional. We offer economy indoor grade and UV-stabilized weather-resistant outdoor grade. The coating maintains stable adhesion under heat from light sources. Its heat-resistant and anti-yellowing formulation reduces brittleness and discoloration caused by long-term lamp heating.
Jinlong strictly controls dot consistency to guarantee stable performance roll-to-roll and batch-to-batch. Combined lightboxes show no obvious color difference, saving customers repeated color calibration work. Grammage ranges from lightweight indoor grades to heavy-duty grades for large-span outdoor lightboxes. White, grey or black back coating options suit single-sided and double-sided lightboxes. Wide-width rolls help reduce seams. NFPA701, B1/B2 flame-retardant and REACH-compliant versions are available. Free samples are offered for light transmission, printing and heat resistance tests.
